The Greener Blue is a new website focused on the intersection between surf culture and sustainability.

“As advocates of green living, we want to provide the surf culture with a site that breaks down the different aspects of sustainability, so that brands and surfers can begin to make manageable, proactive lifestyle changes,”  said the website developers Mark Marovich and Michael Marckx.

“Even seemingly insignificant lifestyle changes or branded efforts can make a huge difference over time. Ultimately, we would like The Greener Blue to be an all-encompassing source of relevant information for surfing enthusiasts on their way to a greener existence.”

The Greener Blue content is cultivated via a network of surf-focused green bloggers and green-focused surf bloggers, speaking to a broad spectrum of information about sustainability and surfing life, as well as ocean-related environmental issues and events. Check it out for yourself.
